MTS may pay 10.55 rbl/share in dividends for January–June

MOSCOW, Jul 30 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian mobile operator MTS has recommended paying 10.55 rubles per ordinary share or 21.1 rubles per American depositary receipt (ADR) in dividends for January–June, the company said in a statement on Friday.

The combined payout may reach 21.08 billion rubles.

The shareholders will consider the recommendation at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on September 30. The record date for the dividends is October 12.

MTS paid 8.93 rubles per share, or 17.8 billion rubles in total, for January–June 2020, and 26.51 rubles per share or 52.97 billion rubles in total for 2020..
